Zen Biker Tarot Forecast 12/1/2020

This week’s Zen Biker Tarot Forecast is the local informant of the esoteric world.

Do you remember the Seven of Swords? We’ve seen him before. This is a card that can be taken a number of ways. Oridinarily I’d say that he’s collecting those swords, but this week I don’t get that impression from him. This week, he’s putting them down. In easy reach. Because he expects to need them. Are you getting the drift here yet? On the up side, he doesn’t seem worried about it, he’s just being prepared.

The second card is another one you might recognize. The Chariot is a sword of immense power and motion. This is the strength of will in firm control of natural impulses, natural forces, natural powers. Intellect, magic, emotions, whatever you want to call it, they are powerful and dangerous. Think of a motorcycle: the machine is powered by explosions. It’s the controlled nature of the explosions which makes them a source of motion rather than a source of being blown to bits. Given the first card in this reading, I see that this sort of utter awareness and control is something that’s going to come in handier than usual this week.

The final card is a newcomer to our little chats. The King of Swords is one of those kings who is also the final judge, the ultimate arbiter of law and justice. This is a card of authority. He can’t be bargained with, bribed or cajoled. On the up side, he can’t be bargained with, bribed or cajoled by either side in a case. Inverted like this, he’s still all of those things, but he’s less impartial. He’s still fair, but he’s not fair in your favor.

And the other two cards are looking right at him.

So to recap: this is a good week to batten down your hatches and make sure you’re at your best. Be aware and be prepared, because forces beyond your control are hogging the lanes between you and next Tuesday, and they’re not inclined to let you pass.

Come back next week, if you can!
