This week’s Zen Biker Tarot Forecast is like a dwarf who just ran out of coffee: short and not entirely happy.
All the cards are from the suit of Swords this time around, which is not in general a suit of lollipops and rainbows to begin with. (That would be Cups). Still, it’s not all bad.
To begin with we find the Page of Swords. In this reading, the Page strikes me as a card of ambition. A card that wants to advance its position; while I won’t come out and say that this card is willing to slit a few throats to get there, I won’t come out and not say it either, if you get my drift.
The Five of Swords next to it is a card of success. More success than one can comfortably take advantage of, as depicted by the swords that the departing figure has to leave behind. Inverted in this context, however, it’s still a card of success…but not so much.
Which brings us to the Four of Swords. A card of meditation, consecration, guidance. Direction, even. Upside-down, we got none of that.
So the interpretation seems clear to me: The general atmosphere of the world for the next week is such that while you still can take on new projects and try to better yourself and your position, it might not turn out as well as it could. And that’s the sort of thing that shakes your faith. In yourself and in the world.
Kind of like dropping your bike at a street corner. You still got a bike, you’re not hurt, but there’s a part of you that wonders if maybe you’re not cut out for riding.
Whether or not you get back on the iron horse and keep riding anyway depends on you. Choose wisely.
That does it for this week. Come back every Tuesday for another forecast, and if you’d like a personal reading, click here.
